Women Connect Kitchen Corner: Easy Baking with Raks Bow Cakes

My recipe for 12 flower cupcakes 
100g Butter
100g Sugar
100g Eggs
100g self raising flour 

Mix the sugar and butter together until creamy. Then add the self raising flour gradually to the mix. 


In a different bowl, mix the eggs together for one minute (preferably with a hand mixer). 

Then add the eggs to the other mix and gentle mix all together. 

Add vanilla flavour and scoop in cupcakes cases and bake for about 20 - 25 mins. Depending on your oven.
