I heart baking by Nike Agun, CEO of Cakes Court

Baking is fast becoming a favorite pasttime for young and old alike, men and women and of course children. It is amazing that some snacks do not need oven while you bake some. We will be taking a walk on bake Street for a while. Permit me to interest you in my world. We all have our different favourite confectionery ranging from cakes to doughnut to pies and so much more.

Basically, the main tools you need to bake at home should be found in Your kitchen and you along with the family can have some funtime with flour and trying out several things. For tools, you need a measuring scale or cups, and a baking pan. If you dont have a bake pan, then a heat generating container can be used, you can use foil packs to bake, or even a strong glass dish, as long as it will not breakdown from oven heat. And of course you can use a hand mixer or a wooden spoon to turn the batter. Basic ingredients for baking is your flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, butter and milk occasionally.

We will be sharing recipes and procedures on some of these yummy treats. We will also like to get a feedback on yours trials so we can celebrate together.

Till i connect with you again

Bye
